Getting notified
So, you wanna know when I update my website
That's fair, it is extremely cool. You obviously want to know how to be the first to find out when I post a new thought about how "penis" is an incredible word, or when I upload a drawing, or when I completely overhaul my website.
Or maybe you don't?
Maybe you clicked on this section just to check it out, idk.
But if that is the case, then let me explain why you should want to anyways.
I think you should know when I update :3
I want this to be the main place for everything I do.
It's better to be directly notified if I post something here than have it flung at you from the Everything Particle Accelerator that is social media.
Which means, if you're interested in what I do and either you don't follow me on social media or I've grown some balls and deleted it all, you won't need to enter periodically to check if I've updated or if you just wasted those precious 10 seconds of your life.

So, what are your options?
So, what are your options?
This is what you got:
RSS Feed (not finished yet)
You can subscribe to my RSS by copying the link in the image below or here.
If I get this right, it SHOULD be customisable, so you can choose whether to get updates for everything, or just the art, just the blogs, etc.
What is an RSS feed?
This is one of the older ways people would keep up with websites. Some still use it, mainly news sites and people like me, who are into this "bringing back old internet values" thing.
You will need an app for RSS feeds, usually email apps like Mozilla Thunderbird and Outlook support them, though there are dedicated RSS apps out there.
The big benefit is that *you* are in control. RSS is strictly one-way: I send messages and whoever has the code on their feed receives them. The instant you delete it or your app, the updates stop and I will never know.
The big downside is having to get a separate app, oh well.
Mailing List (also not finished yet)
RSS vs. Mailing list
Mailing lists are the other way people tend to keep up with websites and blogs. These aren't as cool and rad, and have sadly stuck around far more than RSS.What do you do? You put your email in that box, I add it to a list, and whenever I want to email subscribers about an update to my website, all the people who sent me theirs will get it.
Don't get me wrong, this is still a far more stable way of keeping up than something like a Facebook page, but it has some drawbacks:
If you are like 90% of the email-having world, your inbox is full of trash, you don't use folders or custom filters, and you only use your email for work. It's an inconvenient place to get news about my latest drawings.
Plus, should I have your email address? If you want me to stop sending you stuff, either you'll need to click on an unsubscribe button and hope I've programmed it well, or ask me to take you out of the list, and I might forget!
btw i got that window icon from here.
Following my Neocities profile
You can follow it by clicking here or on the image below and clicking the "follow" button.
Wait, I can just follow your website?
Well, yes and no.Neocities is a website building and hosting tool, but it also lets you follow other websites to get updates from them and explore for strange new sites.
You have to make an account to follow someone's website, and why would you make a Neocities account if you're not going to make your own website? (do it do it do it do it DO IT DO IT DO IT)
This is convenient only for other webmastering enthusiasts. Plus I can't choose which part of my updates to show my followers, it just does that when I upload a new HTML file.
Following my Telegram channel
You can join my Telegram channel by clicking here or on the image below!
I mostly use that channel to post my art, and share my website blogs. Thing is, I share *all* my art, which includes NSFW. That means, you should only follow me there if you are 18 or older, and if you are ok with seeing porn there.
